Yes! I’m happy to customize or personalize your order. Want a design in a specific color, or printed on a different item? Just message me and we’ll work something out. I want to make it nice for you!
All sales are final. Each item is made to order, and I cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
If you have questions about a product (for example: fit or sizing questions), please contact me prior to making your purchase. I’m happy to provide detailed information upon request!
I don’t offer gift wrapping or packaging at this time. However, pricing information is excluded from the packing slip, and custom gift messages are available.
Care instructions will vary depending on the item, but follow these general tips to get the longest life out of your garment: wash in cold water, tumble dry low or hang-dry, and iron inside-out if necessary. Feel free to message me with requests for information specific to your purchase!
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at hello@realitees.co within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
Processing and Shipping
All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for items to be processed, printed, packaged prior to shipping.
Shipping times depend on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping (to US) under normal circumstances.
● USA: 3–5 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
These estimates exclude weekends and holidays like Christmas. For the latest processing and delivery speed updates, check the shop announcements.
Please let me know if you need an item delivered before a specific date. I have no control over delivery speeds after an item is shipped, but will do my best to accommodate you by providing alternate shipping options whenever possible.
Yes, as the buyer you are responsible for additional custom charges. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are held up in customs, or for any additional costs imposed by shipping internationally. If you have questions please don’t hesitate to message me!
Please be sure to use the correct address when checking out. I do my best to ship quickly, and I cannot be responsible for changing the shipping address for items that have already been sent out.
Please try to message me quickly if you realize you’ve made a mistake! I will do my best to change the address after an order has been placed, but due to fast turnaround times I cannot make guarantees.
Order Problems
Don’t worry yet! Items are shipped out as soon as they are ready. If you ordered multiple items there is a chance that they will be shipped separately.
I’m sorry! Please contact me as soon as possible with a picture of what you received. If I made a mistake I will happily send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Postal delays are out of my control. All delivery dates are estimates as there are many factors that could affect postal delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact me and I will file a missing mail report on your behalf!
Stolen packages are an unfortunate reality these days. I cannot be responsible for stolen packages, so it is important that your shipping address is a secure mailbox or package drop off location.
If the tracking information says the item has been delivered, the first thing you should do is check with your family, roommates, or neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf—especially if you live in shared housing!
If you still can’t find your item, let me know and I will request the USPS dropoff coordinates on your behalf.
If your package is still not marked as delivered after 21 business days for US or Canadian shipments—or 45 business days for international orders—please contact me.
